My background is in Health & Well-being coaching, I have helped hundreds of clients and families accomplish their health, weight and body confidence goals. Expert in Wellbeing, providing occupational health workshops and health assessments such as bioimpedance testing body composition Analysis and array of testing.
What should I expect with your services?
You should expect to build a healthy, empowered and confident relationship with food and yourself. Heal, nourish and thrive. You will reclaim your emotional, physical, spiritual Wellbeing and Happiness once and for all.
Do I need to restrict my portions and calorie control?
I teach you how to portion control and what your plate should look like, how to balance food groups on a plate. You will be on a calorie deficit if your goal is weight reduction, though the focus is always on Nutrients and balance!
How long will I need a health coach?
It really just depends on your personal health, weight/shape and life targets. A time frame is agreed upon together in your first session. Life-long health change do not occur over night neither does it take years. Powerful changes can happen happens in a matter of few weeks to a few months depending on your targets.
